Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Malika Gems.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Returns for reasons other than damage or our error are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which helps cover processing and restocking costs. This fee does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
