Return & Refund Policy

At Malika Gems, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide one of the following at no additional cost:

• A replacement item (subject to availability), or

• A full refund to your original payment method.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Restocking Fee

To help cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs, approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

This fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items (when applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Malika Gems cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
